Shipping and Returns


Standard shipping is available within New Zealand. We currently do not offer express shipping. Due to this, please order well in advance of when you require a gift. You can request a date that the gift needs to be to your recipient by in the 'message' section at checkout. Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery for this date as we have no control over external courier processes, however we will try our best to have it delivered to them on the date requested. 

Please allow 2-3 days for North Island delivery and 3 days for South Island or rural delivery. Due to Covid-19 within New Zealand, there will sometimes be further delays on top of this with the courier we use over this time frame. This is due to the changing alert levels and requirements with Covid-19 at the courier level. 

Ecofriendly and biodegradable courier bags and fully recyclable cardboard boxes are used to minimise negative environmental impacts.

Delivery times may be extended during significant holidays e.g. Christmas or due to courier delivery processing delays. All orders are processed as soon as they are received. Please order well in advance of when you require delivery around these times. Please note: The delivery day cannot be guaranteed e.g. to arrive on someone's birthday due to use of external couriers, but we will try our best to make this happen.

*Please only one gift box per transaction as shipping costs are calculated as one outgoing box.

FREE CONTACTLESS LOCAL PICK UP: Pick up is in Awapuni, Palmerston North after 5pm Monday to Friday (details to be provided after purchase) or locals can choose to have it delivered within the Manawatu region at checkout.

If an item is faulty, please get in contact within 7 days after your purchase and it will be replaced. Email: 


You can exchange or return an item or items if you have contacted us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition (including tags and box packaging) in which you received them and returned within a 30 day time frame. Shipping to return or exchange an item is at your own cost, unless an item is faulty or damaged.
