Standard NZ Delivery Times and Charges

Palmerston North 

• Free pick up Monday to Sunday in Awapuni, Palmerston North (to be confirmed prior). Same day available - please request. 
• Free delivery by us within 5km of Awapuni, Palmerston North (automatically displays at checkout if your delivery address is eligible). This allows same day delivery in Palmerston North.
• Courier delivery within Manawatu-Whanganui (1-2 working days approx. following dispatch) - $7.50 - e.g. Feilding, Dannevirke, Whanganui, etc (and Palmerston North if you would prefer your parcel couriered).

New Zealand Shipping (2-3 working days following dispatch)

If purchasing only jewellery - shipping is free to any New Zealand address. If you purchase other items with the jewellery, standard shipping fees will apply (as above). 

We offer free contactless pick up Monday to Sunday to Palmerston North residents able to pick up at Awapuni, Palmerston North - pick up details to be provided on order confirmation. We will email or call you to arrange pick up at a time which suits you. 

A signature is required on receipt of all orders to keep your parcel safe - If you would like to remove signature for parcel delivery, you can request 'parcel leave' when you receive the NZ Post tracking link via email (click on the tracking link and update delivery options on their website). We cannot accept liability if a parcel is lost after the signature requirement is removed - Sometimes for rural deliveries, it is easier for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place rather than have them provide a courier pick up card when you are not home to sign for the parcel (you may wish to remove signature requirement in this case). 

We do not offer weekend delivery at the moment - watch this space, but weekend pick ups/delivery can be arranged if within 10km of Awapuni, Palmerston North.

Australian Orders

A small item is $15 Australia wide. 3-12 working days tracked - covid has led to some delays in the past, please be aware of this when ordering. If you are unsure, please get in touch with us.

A small gift box to Australia is $25.00. A medium-large gift box to Australia is $40.  3-12 working days tracked - covid has led to some extra delays in the past (up to a week extra), please be aware of this when ordering.

We are happy to calculate the shipping for you based on your selection and give you the best price before you checkout. We will confirm dimensions and the weight of your parcel to get the best price.

*we cannot ship perfume to Australia due to the flammable nature.

International Orders (Outside of NZ and AU, we only ship jewellery)

Please contact us if you would like our jewellery sent to you internationally. We will provide you with a shipping quote and can add the shipping rate to checkout for you.

We currently only ship jewellery items to UK and USA - these shipping rates are shown at checkout. Please be aware that delays can occur as we use the NZ post international economy service.
