RETURNS
As per the Consumer Act.
If an item is faulty, please get in contact within 7 days after your purchase and it will be replaced. Contact us
EXCHANGE OF ITEMS AND REFUNDS
You can exchange or return an item or items if you have contacted us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition (including tags and box packaging) in which you received them and returned within a 30 day time frame. Shipping to return or exchange an item is at your own cost, unless an item is faulty or damaged.

- Refund of the purchase price excluding shipping cost (shipping cost is only refunded if an item is faulty or damaged and is at our discretion).
*Any orders which are custom or sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Order cancellations
We can only accept an order cancellation if the item has not been shipped out to you/picked up by the courier. Please get in contact as soon as possible as the order will be shipped out quickly after your order is placed. Savoir Vivre reserves the right to retain a 10% handling fee for cancelling an order (to cover costs of outer packaging and shipping with the courier company if necessary). Once the order is in the shipping process (out with the courier) we are unable to stop it - You would then need to return the parcel in the original condition at your own cost and ask for a refund or exchange.
